Info for EU-Customers

We are proud to serve customers from all over the EU, especially from the follwing countries: Germany, France, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Finland, Sweden and Great Britain. For those we have here in English and in French our terms and conditions for the delivery and payment.

• Payment: The payment for new customers is always prepayment, otherwise it is possible to choose prepayment, bank transfer, cash on delivery, credit card or paypal. After one successful order it is possible to choose invoice for deliveries to Germany. Deliveries are only made abroad against advance payment through Paypal or prepayment per bank transfer.

• Shipping Costs: For orders with a value of at least 50,00 EUR there are no shipping costs within Germany. Under 50,00 EUR there is a flat charge of 3,50 EUR. For cash on delivery there is an additional charge of 4,26 EUR. For deliveries to countries of the EU and to Switzerland the shipping costs must be paid from the customer, less a free charge of 6,90 EUR. Therefor the rates of the German Post are valid.

• Delivery: The order will be delivered within 4 working days inside Germany, within 7 working days inside the EU. Depending on the availability, this is without guarantee. If there are longer delivery times, the customer will be informed immediately.

• Paiement: pour la première livraison le paiement se fait par avance. Dès la deuxième commande vous avez le choix entre un paiement par avance, un virement, une livraison contre remboursement, un paiement par carte de crédit ou Paypal. Nous pouvons également après la première commande vous envoyer une facture payable dans les 15 jours après réception. Nous nous réservons le droit de ne livrer qu'après un paiement par avance ou contre remboursement.

• Coût de livraison: dès 50.00 EUR nous livrons en Allemagne gratuitement. En dessous de ce montant les coûts s'élèvent à 3.50 EUR. Pour les livraisons contre remboursement en Allemagne nous chargeons un montant de 4.26 EUR. Pour toute livraison dans les pays de l'UE et la Suisse les coûts sont à la charge du client, après déduction d'un forfait de 6.90 EUR. Les tarifs appliqués sont ceux de la Deutsche Post AG.

• Livraison: la livraison s'effectue en allemande entre 2-4 jours ouvrables et entre 6-7 jours ouvrables dans les pays de l'UE et la Suisse. Ceci peux varier en fonction de la disponibilité des articles. Lors de retard le client est averti immédiatement.
